2Purchase Policy

2.1 Payment Methods

Bank transfer via SePay automatic system
Orders will be automatically confirmed within 1-5 minutes after successful payment
Account information will be sent to your registered email

2.2 Processing Time

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible. If you are waiting too long, please message us on Zalo for immediate support!

2.3 Order Information

Each order has a unique order code (e.g. ORDER202602010001)
Please keep your order code for tracking and support
Account information is sent to your registered email

3Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

✅Account cannot be used immediately upon receipt
✅Technical error on our side

3.2 Non-Refundable Conditions

❌Account suspended/banned due to violation of the original provider's policies
❌Refund requests without valid reason

3.3 Important Note

We prioritize product-based warranty (re-issuing new accounts, troubleshooting support) to ensure you can use the service until the warranty expires. Refunds only apply when we cannot support you to continue using the product until the warranty expires.

4Refund Calculation Formula

4.1 Calculation Principle

The refund amount is calculated based on the remaining days of the account's warranty period.

4.2 Formula

Refund = (Purchase Price × Remaining Days) ÷ Total Package Days

4.3 Calculation Examples

Example 1:

• ChatGPT Plus 1 month (30 days) — 350,000 VND
• Used 10 days, 20 days remaining
• Refund = (350,000 × 20) ÷ 30 = 233,333 VND

Example 2:

• Canva Pro 1 year (365 days) — 600,000 VND
• Used 65 days, 300 days remaining
• Refund = (600,000 × 300) ÷ 365 = 493,151 VND

4.4 Notes

Days are counted from account delivery date to the refund request date
Refund amount is rounded down to the nearest thousand VND
Refund only applies when the account is still functioning normally

5Disclaimer

5.1 About Products

Accounts are provided on an "as-is" basis
We are not official resellers of the providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
Usage period depends on the original provider's policies

5.2 About Risks

Accounts may be suspended/banned for violating provider policies
